Epoxy - Polyester Blend

Epoxy - Polyester powdered polymer blend that is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Contains no phenol or formaldehyde and ideal for use in the manufacturing of resinated nonwoven felts.

Used With

X-Loc is most commonly used with Airlaid manufacturing equipment to produce a randomly orientated fibrous web that is both thermal and acoustic in nature. Common end use of the thermal acoustic felts that are produced with X-Loc are; automotive insulation, luggage felts and carpet underlay. 

Cost Efficient

X-Loc is manufactured from 100% recycled raw materials. By utilizing recycled raw materials and low overhead, we are able to keep production cost low and pass the savings on to X-Loc customers.
